SHIPPING

All paid orders are shipped within 1-3 days weekdays. Some exceptions occur during high load, red days or illness. All orders are packed carefully and sent trackably with Postnord, which has a delivery time of 2-4 working days. International orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered. I take no responsibility for delays that may occur with Postnord.

WRONG ADDRESS/RETURN TO SENDER:

Before paying for your order, be sure to double check that your information and shipping address are correct. Should it happen that you write the wrong information, get in touch as soon as possible so that I may have time to change the information before it is too late and avoid incurring unnecessary costs. If a package is returned due to the wrong delivery address, I will contact you to discuss possible reshipment and payment arrangements.

SHIPPING ABROAD & CUSTOMS FEES

It is your responsibility to pay any charges that may apply when the product reaches your country. If fees are not paid, the package will be sent back to Marta Andersson who will then contact you to discuss payment arrangements.
